Why it exists

Other fitness apps give you a badge. This one makes skipping the gym cost you real cash, which is the part that actually works.

Put your own cash on a three week block of workouts. Miss it and you lose the stake. Finish it and you keep it. The app checks where you are and how you moved.

How it got made.

  1. Idea

Badges never made anyone go to the gym

Most fitness apps are diaries with a nice font. You log a number, you feel good for a minute, and next Tuesday looks the same.

So we asked one question. What is the smallest thing you could put at risk to get someone off the couch? Not points. Not a streak. Cash you have already handed over.

  2. Built

Proving you trained was the hard part

Taking the stake is easy. Knowing whether someone really trained is the whole product. Mr Syn checks your location and does a form check, and it scores a three week block instead of one session. One bad day does not wipe you out, and one lucky check in does not pay you.

Staking real cash on a workout sits close to rules that change in every country, so the cash side is held while that review runs.
