Why it exists
Restaurant apps show you everything and expect you to choose. Mr. Indecisive asks a short set of questions, alone or with a group, and hands back one decision instead of a scroll.
Scroll real food clips, then answer four quick questions and get a ranked pick instead of an endless list. Works solo or with the whole table, with the actual menu and real visitor clips attached to every spot.

How it got made.

Idea
Nobody wants to be the one who picks
A group chat trying to agree on dinner can run longer than dinner itself. Someone has to choose, and nobody wants to be blamed if the pick is bad.
So the app asks a short, structured set of questions instead of showing an endless scroll, and turns clips people already watch into an actual decision.

Built
Native from the start, and the video had to hold
The feed is built native in SwiftUI, with Cloudflare handling the video. Getting clips to swap cleanly while scrolling took more work than the decider logic itself.
The nearby venue picker leans on Google Places, which went quietly blank in production for a stretch: the API key had been deleted, and a header the official SDK sends automatically was missing from the app's own calls. Fixing both brought real venues back.

Out, with the group feature doing the real work
Feed, Decide, Explore, and Saved are all live, with the four question decider working solo or with a group. A Premium subscription raises the save and decide limits for people who use it a lot.
